Dear BJC Member

This Years BJC Annual General Meeting will be a Virtual online experience which will take place on July 6^th at 2.00pm.

In order to take part you must first register. You will then be permitted to attend the meeting and Vote.

You must have a full Valid BJC licence which must have been valid for at least 6months.

You must be 16 years or above.

You will be required to attend the online virtual meeting (ZOOM) details will be sent once you have registered to attend.

Please find attached the BJC AGM agenda, this year we have a number of proposed amendments to the BJC memorandum and articles and so I have also attached a  copy so you can see where the amendments are being made.
