The BJC awards evening was held on 1st March 2025.
This is a very special evening where all levels and ages of BJC members can join together and celebrate. You may not know everyone at the beginning of the evening but few leave without speaking or finding out who these people by the end of the evening. The best part of this evening is the fact that all members are welcome and collect together to celebrate each others achievements.
The menus this year included, Leek & potato Soup, Blade of Beef with dauphinoise potatoes and vegetables and Sticky toffee pudding. Our vegan and vegetarian members were served a Spinach Risotto with toasted pine nuts and parmesan followed by Chocolate and orange torte.
This year the members were joined by one of the BJC's Vice Presidents , Stuart Otani who was accompanied by his daughter Florence. Stuart is the son of the BJC President Robin Otani.
The evening was compered as always by the very capable BJC Deputy Vice President Bernard Richmond K.C.
